Al Mahara began contracting in Dubai in 1997 and has spent nearly three decades building across the Emirates. Over that time the work has grown from individual trades into a genuine single-source offer, mechanical, electrical and plumbing, general contracting, interior fit-out and ongoing maintenance, delivered under one roof.
That model is deliberate. Keeping design coordination, build and maintenance with one team means quality, programme and accountability never fall between contractors. We commit to a scope, hold the programme, and stand behind the asset once it is live and in use across Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
